History

Since opening our doors in 1917, Lehman’s Garage has strived to uphold the values upon which the company was built. Lehman’s founder, L.P. Lehman, believed in delivering the most cost effective, efficient and high quality repairs,
while maintaining a customer friendly
environment. He passed the business on
to his sons Ed and Fred, who carried on
this customer driven approach.
When Dick Cossette purchased Lehman’s
Garage in 1969, he vowed to maintain
Lehman’s high standards while expanding the business. In fact, Cossette pledged that whatever the problem, Lehman’s highly trained and well-qualified staff would get the job done right and on time.
Today, in our 92nd year of service, Lehman’s continues to uphold the tradition begun by L.P. Lehman and his sons, and continued by the Dick Cossette family. Whatever your automotive needs, you’ll be sure to find a solution at one of Lehman’s six Twin Cities Metro locations.
